A modern industrial park for Sliven.

Developing logistics, warehousing, production and supporting business activities in a modern, functional setting.

The project provides for the construction of an industrial park with warehousing, including new buildings, internal infrastructure, an administrative area, technical systems and energy solutions for own use.

The main objective is to create a modern environment for the development of logistics, warehousing, production and supporting business activities, and to increase the investment attractiveness of the area.

Building management, access control, video surveillance, fire safety and communications installations.

Integrated solutions for energy efficiency and on‑site electricity generation via a photovoltaic plant.
